Because of this experience I believe I have a good perspective of what a business needs in a website, based on what consumers are looking for. Over and over again I would talk to business owners and found that they didn't have a website, couldn't afford a website or just plain didn't know how to make theirs work for them. They knew they were missing out on a great opportunity and so I did what I could to help.

Companies that already had a website, when the occasion arose I would comment on typo's that needed to be corrected, broken links or photo's. Eventually it dawned on me that I could help these businesses by creating or redoing their website for them. After all I had some talent and an unlimited supply of creativity. So in my spare time; mostly evenings and weekends I began to freelance.
